The free AI check shows you what AI assistants say when people ask about lawyers like you. A person runs a small, labeled sample of questions about your practice and city, in English and in Spanish, on the main AI engines, and sends you what the answers said within 48 hours.
In one 2026 consumer survey, 41.9% said they would use ChatGPT to research a lawyer (vendor survey). This check tells you what those people are told about your firm.
What we run
- About ten questions people actually ask: finding a lawyer for your practice in your city, deciding whether they need one, and checking your firm by name. Spanish versions where your firm serves Spanish speakers, written by a native writer.
- On the main AI engines: Google’s AI answers, ChatGPT with search on, Perplexity and Gemini, with Copilot where it applies.
- A few runs of each, logged out, from your area, because answers change from run to run (MediaPost).
What you receive, and when
| What | When |
|---|---|
| How often each engine named your firm in the sample, as plain counts | Within 48 hours |
| The sources the answers cited, such as your Business Profile and directories | With the counts |
| Anything wrong the answers said about your firm: old hours, a wrong phone, a wrong practice | With the counts |
| The three fixes most likely to matter, in order | With the counts |
| A short recorded walkthrough by a person | With the counts |
For local questions, the Google Business Profile is the top source AI answers cite, at 28.63% in one study (BrightLocal), so the fixes often start there.
What it isn’t
- Not a score. Plain counts from a small sample, labeled as a sample.
- Not a promise. No one can promise a mention in an AI answer, and we don’t.
- Not the full service. Monthly measurement with a full question panel, error ranges and a fix list is AI search.

Questions firms ask
- Is this an AI visibility score?
- No. We don't sell scores. You get the actual answers, what they said about your firm, which sources they cited, and counts of how often you were named, labeled as a small sample.
- Do you use any of our client information?
- No. The questions are public, the kind anyone might ask, and they are run logged out.
- Why is a small sample worth anything?
- It won't give you a reliable rate, and we say so. It will show you whether AI answers name you at all, what they get wrong, and which sources they lean on, which is usually enough to know where to start.
