The free video review is a look at your firm from the outside, the way a caller sees it, in English and in Spanish. A person records a 90-second walkthrough of three findings from public information, with a one-page summary, and sends both within 48 hours. No account access and no call required.

What we check

We choose the three findings that matter most for your firm from these:

  • Spanish searches. Whether your ads and Local Services listing appear when people search in Spanish in your area.
  • Missed-call exposure. Your listed hours against the hours your ads run. Local Services Ads can bill some missed calls during listed hours (Google).
  • Your Spanish path. What a Spanish speaker meets on your pages, forms and phone lines.
  • Who pays for your ads. What Google’s public “Ads funded by” disclosure shows in the Ads Transparency Center.
  • Your Business Profile. Whether it is complete, accurate and in your firm’s name as far as the public can see.
  • One ad item for your attorney. Something in a public ad worth your responsible attorney’s check. Never called a violation.
