Every engagement follows the same steps, on the same clock, so you always know what happens next and what we need from you. This page covers the whole path: how firms start, the first 90 days, the weekly rhythm, who we’re right for, and how leaving works.
How firms start
- A free look first. A free video review of your public ads and search presence, or a free AI check of what AI answers say about your firm. Both are made by a person and delivered within 2 business days, from public information only. You can request either today.
- The measurement study. Fourteen business days on your own numbers: what each signed case costs today, where the trail from click to case breaks, and a 90-day plan. See the study.
- A plan. A package or menu services from the pricing page, or independent measurement if you keep your current agency.
Paid work opens soon; until then, the study and plan forms add you to a waitlist. The two free looks are open now.
The first 90 days
| When | What we do | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| Days 0 to 10 | Confirm every account is in your name; set up access you can revoke; agree with your attorney what data may go to Google; check your state’s ad rules; audit tracking and your call log | An audit memo in plain words |
| Days 11 to 30 | Capture click IDs into your CRM; build value bands from your own fees; start daily uploads to Google through Data Manager (Google); rate every Local Services lead; start SEO fixes and pages | Tracking verified by day 14; your first Monday report by day 21 |
| Days 31 to 60 | Move bidding to signed-case values once data is clean; re-cut budgets by cost per signed case; launch Spanish where it fits; take the first AI-answer baseline | Your first monthly report, opening with what isn’t working |
| Days 61 to 90 | Run the first fair test where your plan includes tests; build the next two quarters around spend, staffing and language | Your first quarterly review and a written plan |
The rhythm after that
| When | What happens |
|---|---|
| Every hour | Spend, tracking and lead alerts; new search terms screened |
| Every day | Uploads to Google and Microsoft by 07:00 your time; missed-call alerts within 5 minutes in business hours |
| Monday | The signed-case report by 10:00, matched to your CRM |
| Tuesday | The intake scorecard |
| Monthly | The report and call by business day 5; AI search report by business day 10 |
| Quarterly | The review with your partners, a check of the forecast, and the next quarter’s plan |
Every change is logged within 24 hours with an undo step. Replies come within 1 business day.
What we need from your firm
- Access you control to your ad accounts, Local Services Ads, Business Profile, analytics, call tracking, website and CRM.
- About an hour of your CRM administrator’s time to add four fields: source, language, case type and stage dates.
- Your intake criteria in writing, and your fee history by case type.
- A responsible attorney who approves ads and pages on a schedule and signs off on what data goes to the platforms.
- Intake staff who record the four fields on every call, and answer the phones the ads ring.
Who we’re right for, and who we’re not
A good fit: firms in any of our seven practices, in any state, that want SEO and ads judged on signed cases from their own records, will track the four fields, and want every account in their name.
Not a fit yet: firms that want guaranteed leads or rankings, that can’t record where callers came from, or whose phones already can’t keep up. In those cases we’ll suggest the smaller first step, or tell you plainly we aren’t the right fit.
Your attorney, our drafts
We draft every ad and page to your state’s rules and prepare any bar filing. Your responsible attorney approves each version in writing and files where required. Nothing runs on “deemed” approval.
Ownership from day one
- Every account is in your firm’s name, on your payment method. Every ad runs under your firm’s own verified Google advertiser account, which anyone can check in the Ads Transparency Center.
- On your Business Profile we’re a manager, never the owner, as Google’s third-party policy asks (Google).
- An ownership checklist is signed in week 1, and an exit kit is issued at onboarding and kept current: the admin list, report and upload exports, change and decision logs, and your value tables.
Terms, and how leaving works
- A 90-day first term, then month to month on 30 days’ notice. No buyout, no exit fee.
- Within 2 business days of your exit date: every export and dashboard.
- Within 5 business days: every agency user removed and our copies deleted, with a certificate.
- Want your own team? The optional handover runs 90 days, replaces the monthly fee for those 90 days, and is never a condition of leaving.
The plain-English version of every term is on terms in plain English.
