Probative is new, and we won’t pretend otherwise. Here is what we can show today, and how we will show client results once they exist.
What’s here
- The founder’s record: work our founder has led outside Probative, in anonymous form, with every figure rounded down and defined.
- Case studies: twelve anonymized studies of work our founder led, each with the firm’s own before-and-after figures, rounded.
- A sample Monday report: an ILLUSTRATIVE report for a fictional injury firm, so you can see exactly what you would get every week.
- How we report results: the published method every future client result will follow.
What isn’t here, and why
There are no testimonials, star ratings, client logos or Probative client case studies on this site yet; the case studies above are work our founder has led outside Probative. The FTC bans fake and misleading reviews and testimonials (FTC), and we hold ourselves to a stricter rule: nothing appears until it is real, measured under The Probative Standard, and approved in writing by the client. Any client who received a discount, such as a founding seat, will be disclosed as a material connection (16 CFR 255.5).
Invented examples on this site carry the label ILLUSTRATIVE.
Questions firms ask
- Why are there no client case studies?
- Because Probative is new, and we publish client results only when they are real, measured under our published rules, and approved in writing by the client. We won't fill the space with invented stories or borrowed numbers.
- Can we see the evidence behind the founder's record?
- Prospective clients can review supporting material under a mutual NDA, with employers and clients still unnamed.
