The Exhibit: our newsletter for people who run a law firm

One plain email about once a month on getting your firm found in Google, in AI answers and through ads. No sales pitch. Leave with one click.

Updated October 26, 2026

The Exhibit is a short email for people who run a law firm. About once a month, it tells you what we published and what changed: new guides, short notes and our studies of public data. Each point says, in plain words, what it means for your firm.

What you get

  • One email, about once a month. Never more than two in a month.
  • Plain words. The full detail is one click away, if you want it.
  • Short enough to read in a few minutes.

What you don’t get

  • No sales pitch.
  • Your address is never sold or shared.
  • Nothing at all until you confirm.

How signing up works

  1. Enter your work email above and tick the box.
  2. We send you one email with a link. Nothing else comes until you click it.
  3. Every email after that has a one-click unsubscribe link and our mailing address.

Past issues

The first issue hasn’t gone out yet. Each issue will be listed here once it’s sent. Until then, everything it will cover is already on the site: our guides, our notes and the ad rules for every state.

Only want rule changes? Rule Watch sends a short email when a confirmed change lands in our rules library.

Questions firms ask

Is it free?

Yes. It costs nothing, and signing up doesn’t put you on a sales list.

How often will you email me?

About once a month, and never more than twice in one month.

Can I stop it?

Yes. Every email has a link that unsubscribes you with one click. We stop right away and don’t ask why.

Where do I start?

See where your firm stands.

Tick what your firm already has: 7 questions, about 2 minutes. You’ll see your stage, what we’d change first, and one place to start, with its price.

Or get a free review: Probative Growth records a 90-second video of what clients see when they look you up, and emails it within 2 business days.

Step 2 of 2. Where should we send the video for your site?

We use this to send your video. No newsletter, and no sales calls unless you ask.

We use what you send to reply. To learn which of our ads work, we tell Google, Microsoft and Meta that a request came in, with the ad you clicked (if any) and a scrambled copy of your email and phone, never your message. Never sold, never added to lists. Global Privacy Control or an email to us turns this off. By sending this form you agree to our privacy policy.
