October 28, 2026 Probative benchmarks, 2025–2026 v4.0.1 display · Records: search-query-patterns-4

October 28, 2026 Attorney fee caps and contingency-fee rules, by state and federal program v1.1.0 text and note · Records: wc-ut
Was: Utah's general fee cap is set by a Labor Commission rule (R602-2-4) that we could not read
Now: no set cap on the worker's own fee: R602-2-4 was struck down in 2016 (2016 UT 21) and removed
Version 1.0.0 relied on a lead that named R602-2-4 as the current fee rule; the Labor Commission's own Utah State Bulletin filings show the section was removed in 2016. Our own check

Now: U (values blank until re-read)
The source was read by sending a browser user agent past the host's block (the host now shows a CAPTCHA); our method never works around such a check, so the values were withdrawn. Our own check

Follow it as a feed: corrections (Atom). New and updated records, not only fixes, are in the changes feed.

How do I report an error?

Email hello@probativegrowth.com. Name the dataset, the record id (it is in every row of the files) and the source page or table that shows the right value. You don’t need an account.

We check your report against the official source. If the data is wrong, we fix it, publish a new patch version, and add a row here and a note to the dataset’s change log. The fixed files reach the archive copies with the next release.

What counts as a correction?

A correction is a value we published wrong: a misread table, a wrong join or a typo. When an agency revises its own figures, or a preliminary figure becomes final, that is an update, and it goes in the change log instead. A rule that changed is a rule change, listed on the dataset’s page.

Corrections to our articles and guides are on the site corrections page. The full catalog is on the data page.

We use this to send your video and to reply to you.

We use what you send to reply and to send a few short follow-up emails (unsubscribe any time). To learn which of our ads work, we tell Google, Microsoft and Meta that a request came in, with the ad you clicked (if any) and a hashed copy of your email and phone (a code the platforms can still match to you), never your message.
