Your numbers

Use your own records. Leave a box empty to skip it. The answer is a comparison with a published band, not a score, and not advice about any one case.

Count your last signed clients. Type a percentage.

Include the ones who signed within the hour.

The middle value, not the average: half signed faster, half slower.

The published bands

What is measuredPublished figure
Signed within an hour of the inquiry55–70%
Signed the same day as the inquiry85–100%
Typical time from inquiry to signed client30–60 minutes
Values are rounded and protected as the methods page describes. A band or tier is approximate, plus or minus one step. How each is measured.

How should I read the result?

Each box is compared with one row of the speed-to-sign table. Inside the band means you are in line with the benchmark. A band is approximate, plus or minus one step, so a number just outside it is close, not far off. Your own mix of cases and sources will move your numbers, so use the result to decide what to look at next.

If you sit below the band, the usual first checks are who answers the phone, how fast a form gets a reply, and what happens after hours. The speed-to-sign checklist turns those checks into steps. Prefer paper? The benchmark one-pager prints the same bands with a column for your own number. The methods page explains how every figure is made.

How was this built?

What it covers. Three numbers from your own records: the share of signed clients who signed within an hour, the share who signed the same day, and your typical minutes from inquiry to signed client.

Method. Each number is compared in your browser with one row of the speed-to-sign table in the Probative benchmarks. The result says below, inside or above the published band. Nothing you type is stored or sent.

Limits. A band is approximate, plus or minus one step. Your mix of cases and sources moves your numbers. The result is a comparison, not a score, and not advice about any one case.

It uses public information only: no logins and no call to your phone lines. It can’t see what each client costs you or which ads brought signed clients. Delivered within 2 business days.

We’ll look at what clients see when they search for you.

Step 2 of 2. Where should we send the video for your site?

We use what you send to make your review and to send a few short follow-up emails (unsubscribe any time). We also tell Google, Microsoft and Meta which of our ads worked, with the ad you clicked (if any) and a hashed copy of your email (a code the platform can still match to you). Step 2 of 2. Where should we send the video for your site?

We use this to send your video and to reply to you.

We use what you send to reply and to send a few short follow-up emails (unsubscribe any time). To learn which of our ads work, we tell Google, Microsoft and Meta that a request came in, with the ad you clicked (if any) and a hashed copy of your email and phone (a code the platforms can still match to you), never your message. Never sold, never added to lists. Global Privacy Control or an email to us turns this off. By sending this form you agree to our privacy policy.
