How does Juris Digital compare with Probative?
Both agencies say they count cases that sign. They differ most on published prices, the length of commitment and what the terms say about ownership.
| Criterion | Juris Digital (its own words, summarized) | Probative |
|---|---|---|
| What you buy | SEO, paid search, websites and content for law firms; JurisPage as a starter package; legal translation | SEO, AI search and ads on Google, Microsoft, Local Services Ads, Meta and YouTube |
| Published prices | Not published. The terms list an hourly rate for extra work | Every fee is on our pricing page: a flat monthly fee, never a percentage of ad spend, never per lead or per case |
| Contract | Monthly agreements that renew until ended with written notice before a month starts, or yearly agreements with a minimum term; cancellation cannot take effect before a minimum term ends; no prorated refunds | Month to month, with no minimum term, for every service |
| Who owns the site, content and accounts | Not stated on the pages we checked. It offers a one-time service to recover a firm's website, accounts and data from a past vendor | Your firm owns every account from day one, in its own name, and the content we make once you pay for it |
| Reporting | Case value and retained clients, using data from case and intake systems | Signed cases counted from your own records, in every package |
| Practice areas and firm sizes | Injury, criminal defense, family, mass torts, estate planning, employment and immigration; JurisPage for practices earlier in their growth | Every practice area (how many are included depends on the package) and any firm size, nationwide |
| Spanish | Bilingual Spanish legal content and a legal translation service | Spanish ads, pages and intake checks, written and checked by native writers |

Who may Juris Digital be a better fit for?
- You want a senior contact with a small book. Juris Digital says each Marketing Executive is “capped at 8 to 10 law firm clients”.
- You want case tracking wired into your systems. It says it integrates with Clio, Filevine, Litify, Lawmatics, LeadDocket and CallRail.
- You want help getting assets back from a past vendor. It sells a one-time “Agency Rescue” engagement for that.
- You practice in the UK or Ireland as well as the US. It says it serves the “United States, United Kingdom, and Ireland”.
- You want a website or content on its own, without a full retainer. Its FAQ says it does both as stand-alone work.
Who may Probative be a better fit for?
- You want to see every fee before the first call, under one month-to-month term for every service.
- You want ownership of every account stated on a public page, from the first day.
- You want ads with the same weight as SEO, including Microsoft, Local Services Ads, Meta and YouTube.
- You practice in an area its facts page does not name, such as lemon law or Social Security disability, and want fit confirmed in writing first.
What else could you choose instead of Juris Digital?
Other legal-specialist agencies are the closest swap, such as Rankings.io or Scorpion. If you mostly need a website, a website platform or a one-off build may cost less than a retainer. Our guide to tracking signed cases in Google Ads shows what good case reporting looks like, whoever runs it.
What should you ask Juris Digital, or any agency, before you sign?
- Is this agreement monthly or yearly, and what does each cost?
- Which accounts, the domain and the website files are in our firm’s name, in writing?
- Which of our team’s work is billed hourly outside the agreement?
- Can we see last quarter’s signed cases next to our own case system?
Our agency contract checklist turns these into a one-page sheet.
How we compared
We used only public sources: Juris Digital’s own website, FAQ, terms and news release, and its headline rating on Clutch. We quote its words where they matter and summarize the rest. We did not contact Juris Digital or ask for a quote, and we did not use reviews written by other agencies. Probative’s side comes from our pricing page and terms in plain English.
Probative Growth is not affiliated with Juris Digital or JurisPage. Their names are trademarks of their owners, used here only to identify them. If anything here is out of date, email hello@probativegrowth.com and we will correct it and log the change on our corrections page.
What this means for your firm
- Pick monthly or yearly on purpose, and price both.
- Put ownership in the contract, not only in a sales call.
- Hold every agency to signed cases from your own records.
