Law firms rarely hire a marketing company without comparing a few. These pages compare Probative with the companies firms most often weigh us against, using only what each company says in public. Every page shows the date we checked, the sources, and who the other company may suit better.

Which companies do we compare?

Why these companies?

We picked them by buyer demand, not by who is easiest to beat. They are the names firms most often search with words like “alternatives”, “pricing”, “reviews” and “versus”, and the names that recur when firms look for a law firm marketing agency. Three are agencies, and four sell directory reach or leads, which matches the two choices most firms face.

How do we keep these pages fair?

  • Only public, checkable sources: each company’s own website, terms and official releases, plus headline ratings on Clutch for agencies.
  • Their words, quoted where it matters, with the page and the date we checked.
  • “Not published” when something is not published, rather than a guess.
  • A section on who the other company may suit better, on every page.
  • No logos, no reviews from former clients or staff, and no claims about anyone’s results.
  • Our side comes from our own pricing page and terms in plain English, so you can check us the same way.

We do not use these companies’ names in our ads. Each name is a trademark of its owner and appears here only to identify the company. Probative Growth is not affiliated with any of them.

Comparing data sources rather than marketing companies?

If you are weighing where to get legal market data (industry reports, lawyer lists, court data, keyword tools and government statistics), see legal market data sources compared, built the same way from each source’s own pages.

Where should you start if you are comparing models, not companies?

If you have not yet chosen between a lead vendor, an agency and an in-house team, start with our guide to lead vendors, agencies and in-house teams. Then use our guide to choosing a law firm marketing agency and our agency contract checklist on whichever companies make your shortlist, including us.

Questions firms ask

Why does a marketing company publish pages about other companies?

Because firms compare us with them anyway, and most comparisons online are written to sell. Ours use only each company's own public words, say where the other company may suit you better, and show the date we checked.

How did you choose which companies to compare?

By what firms search for. We looked at which names people pair with words like alternatives, reviews, pricing and versus, and which names recur when firms look for a law firm marketing agency.

Can a company ask you to correct its page?

Yes. Email hello@probativegrowth.com with the public source, and we will check it, fix the page and log the change on our corrections page.

Step 2 of 2. Where should we send the video for your site?

We use this to send your video and to reply to you.

We use what you send to reply and to send a few short follow-up emails (unsubscribe any time). To learn which of our ads work, we tell Google, Microsoft and Meta that a request came in, with the ad you clicked (if any) and a hashed copy of your email and phone (a code the platforms can still match to you), never your message. Never sold, never added to lists. Global Privacy Control or an email to us turns this off. By sending this form you agree to our privacy policy.

US law firms in every state. Where a rule, price or platform policy differs by state or changes often, the page says so and links the detail. Not legal advice.
