Workers' compensation marketing: the full picture
How we help workers' compensation firms get chosen in search and AI answers and run ads that bring signed clients.
Workers' compensation · Georgia
Hurt workers search fast, often from a phone and often in Spanish, and many first ask what the claim process looks like. Parts of Georgia, including Johnson County and Wilcox County, have no private law office at all. Below: Georgia’s ad rules for a workers' compensation firm and the local figures behind them.
We would start with Full Ads, because injured workers often search in Spanish and on their phones, so Spanish ads and Meta sit beside search: $6,500 a month with managed ad spend up to $15k (every price).
We would point the first pages, map listings and ad locations at DeKalb County and Gwinnett County, which lead the state in deadly large-truck crashes, many of them on-the-job deaths.
The closest case study: Injury firm adds case-type pages, sends signed cases back to Google and staffs Spanish intake.
Many states cap the fee in a workers’ compensation case, so an ad that mentions fees has to match what your state allows.
Georgia adds its own layer to the Google, Local Services and Meta workers' compensation rules: ad filing is listed as no filing, and what every ad must show is listed as name plus contact details. The platform rules themselves are on the ads page and the policy tracker.
Start with the metro pages: Atlanta law firm SEO, AI search and Google Ads. Spanish-speaking demand and the full Georgia rules are on the Georgia rules page.
These are the court and statute rules that decide how fast intake must move and what a signed matter can be. Check current text with your own counsel.

What this means for a workers' compensation firm in Georgia: Work is deadlier in Georgia than in most states, so injured workers and their families need a firm that explains the claim steps plainly and answers in their language.

30 of Georgia’s 159 counties have fewer than 1 private law office per 10,000 residents, and 16 have none (first quarter of 2026); 3.5% of residents live in a county under that line. The most populous counties with no private law office are Johnson County (9,310 residents), Wilcox County (8,797 residents) and Taylor County (7,818 residents).
What this means for a workers' compensation firm in Georgia: In thin counties such as Johnson County, Wilcox County and Taylor County, injured workers there rarely have a firm nearby, so phone intake and a page for each local industry do the reaching.

From October 2025 through September 2026, people in Georgia filed 662 complaints with the FCC about unwanted text messages (5.9 per 100,000 residents against 5.7 nationally, 15.5% fewer than the year before) and 3,920 about unwanted calls (34.7 per 100,000).
What this means for a workers' compensation firm in Georgia: People in Georgia report unwanted texts more than most, so a workers’ compensation firm that follows up by text should do it only after the person asks, keep the consent record, and say who is texting.

What these figures leave out: private employers’ recorded cases and fatal injuries; not every claim; counts offices, not lawyers or legal aid; employees only; partners and solo owners are not counted; complaints to the FCC only, not verified. Corrections log.
Hurt workers search from a phone, often while off work. Your intake script should ask the date of the accident, whether the boss was told, the doctor seen, and whether pay has stopped. Build a page on the one-year claim window at the State Board of Workers' Compensation and one on telling the employer within thirty days. Build a page on weekly benefits, which are two-thirds of average weekly pay up to a cap. Use Atlanta, Savannah, Augusta, Macon and Columbus in the headings. Add Spanish pages for workers who read Spanish best. Claim your Google profile. Georgia has no ad filing, and one-party consent covers recorded calls.
In months two and three, count signed clients once per matter from the firm's own records, and log the accident date next to the first contact date. The gap shows how close people wait to the one-year window, which tells you whether to spend on urgent search or on slower education. Cut pages that mostly bring in unrelated injury questions. Cut paid keywords that bring benefit questions from people with no injury. Keep text messages short and only to people who agreed, since Georgia has no texting law beyond the federal one. Georgia has no comprehensive privacy law, but treat medical details as sensitive.

Georgia's board rules say a lawyer's fee contract filed with the board may not be more than 25% of the weekly benefits recovered.
A Georgia injured worker generally must file a claim with the State Board of Workers' Compensation within one year of the accident, and should report the injury to the employer within 30 days (Georgia State Board of Workers' Compensation).
