Florida Fla. Stat. § 501.139, Advertisements for legal services (ch. 2023-289, CS/HB 1205)

Indiana Ind. Code ch. 24-5-26.5, "Deceptive Lead Generation" (H.E.A. 1125, 2021)

Kansas K.S.A. 50-6,144 (L. 2022, ch. 72, S.B. 150)

Louisiana La. R.S. 51:3251 (Acts 2022, No. 700, S.B. 378) - general advertising statute, not limited to legal ads

West Virginia W. Va. Code §§ 47-28-1 to 47-28-5 (Prevention of Deceptive Lawsuit Advertising and Solicitation Practices Regarding the Use of Medications Act; 2020 S.B. 136)
